“Thinfluencing” Our Thinking

One of our favorites, Dr. Walter Willet, recently showed up on Boston Public Radio to talk about health and wellness while promoting his newly co-authored book, Thinfluence; (noun) the powerful and surprising effect friends, family, work, and environment have on weight.

Only 3% to 4% of people actually follow a healthy diet, despite the plethora of information out there telling us how to do it. Learn a little more about the influences that may sabotage our healthy choices, and what we can do to stave them off.
