For the Garlic Butter:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Prep the Steak: Pat steak pieces dry with paper towels, then season generously with salt and pepper. Toss with olive oil to coat.
  • Sear the Steak Bites: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Make Garlic Butter: Lower the heat to medium, add butter to the skillet, and stir until melted. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Combine: Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter to coat. Let cook for 1-2 minutes to heat through. Garnish with parsley if using.
