1 to 1½ cups freshly brewed coffee
½ cup unsweetened macadamia nut milk
1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
½ tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee
Low carb sweetener to taste (monk fruit or erythritol)
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: Dash of cinnamon or splash of vanilla extract
Optional for iced version: Ice cubes, 1 tbsp heavy cream
Brew your coffee and pour it into a blender.
Warm the macadamia nut milk (optional if making hot coffee).
Add the milk, MCT oil, butter, sweetener, and sea salt to the blender.
Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
For iced version, use cold brew coffee or cooled coffee, and blend all ingredients cold.
Pour into a mug or over ice. Add cinnamon or vanilla if you like.
