Horchata Keto Remix Drink

A creamy, cinnamon-spiced horchata recipe that’s 100% keto diet approved. No rice, no sugar, just bold flavor and simple ingredients. Perfect for hot days, sweet cravings, or a cool drink with your meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • ¼ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream)

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix chia seeds with ½ cup of almond milk. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken.

  2. Add the soaked chia mix, remaining almond milk, heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, sweetener, and salt to a blender.

  3. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.

  4. Pour over a glass of ice. Stir and enjoy cold.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to your taste.

  • Blend longer if you want it extra smooth.

  • Can be stored in the fridge for 2–3 days. Shake before serving.
