These low-carb, gluten-free crackers are perfect for anyone on a keto diet looking for a satisfying, guilt-free snack with a great crunch! Perfect for dipping, pairing with cheese, or enjoying on their own.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (or melted coconut oil)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chia seeds, or rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Add the egg and oil, then mix until a dough forms. If too sticky, add a bit more almond flour; if too dry, add a little more oil.
  • Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until it’s about ⅛ inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into cracker shapes using a knife or pizza cutter. Sprinkle with additional salt or toppings as desired.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until crackers are golden and crisp. Let cool on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Enjoy! Once cool, crackers are ready to eat or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: These crackers stay crispy for up to a week if stored in an airtight container.
  • Customization: Try adding different spices like rosemary or sesame seeds for extra flavor!
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer shelf life.
