Keto Antipasto Skewers Recipe

Quick and easy keto antipasto skewers made with salami, mozzarella, olives, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. perfect for make ahead appetizers, party spreads, and keto diet dinner ideas. no cooking, just stack and chill.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices salami, folded

  • 12 cherry tomatoes

  • 12 fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)

  • 12 black or green olives

  • 6 marinated artichoke hearts, halved

  • 6 roasted red pepper strips, cut in half

  • 12 fresh basil leaves

  • 12 wooden skewers or long toothpicks

Instructions

  • prep all ingredients: halve any large items and pat dry if marinated.

  • thread each skewer with one of each: tomato, basil, mozzarella, folded salami, olive, red pepper, and artichoke.

  • place on a plate or tray. cover and chill until serving.

  • serve cold or at room temperature with a side of balsamic or olive oil if you like.

Notes

These can be made up to 24 hours ahead. cover tightly and store in fridge. swap ingredients as needed—try different cheeses, cured meats, or add a pickle or two for crunch.
