12 slices salami, folded
12 cherry tomatoes
12 fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
12 black or green olives
6 marinated artichoke hearts, halved
6 roasted red pepper strips, cut in half
12 fresh basil leaves
12 wooden skewers or long toothpicks
prep all ingredients: halve any large items and pat dry if marinated.
thread each skewer with one of each: tomato, basil, mozzarella, folded salami, olive, red pepper, and artichoke.
place on a plate or tray. cover and chill until serving.
