Keto Berry Lemon Sparkler Drink!

A refreshing, sugar-free, and keto-friendly drink with zesty lemon, juicy berries, and sparkling water! Perfect for hot days or whenever you want a light, bubbly treat on the keto diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sparkling water (plain, no sugar added)
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries – fresh or frozen)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 12 tbsp)
  • 23 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener (to taste)
  • Ice cubes (as desired)
  • Optional garnishes: fresh mint leaves, extra whole berries, lemon slice

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, gently muddle the berries to release their juices.
  • Add the lemon juice and a few drops of liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener to the berry mixture. Stir well and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Fill a tall glass halfway with ice. Pour the berry-lemon mixture over the ice.
  • Slowly add sparkling water to the glass. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with extra berries, a sprig of mint, and a lemon slice for a nice touch. Serve immediately!

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness to taste – start with a small amount of stevia or monk fruit and add more if needed.
  • Frozen berries work well to chill the drink without extra ice.
  • Try using lime instead of lemon for a twist on the flavor.
