Ingredients
Scale
1 cup sparkling water (plain, no sugar added)
1/4 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries – fresh or frozen)
Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1–2 tbsp)
2–3 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener (to taste)
Ice cubes (as desired)
Optional garnishes: fresh mint leaves, extra whole berries, lemon slice
Instructions
In a small bowl, gently muddle the berries to release their juices.
Add the lemon juice and a few drops of liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener to the berry mixture. Stir well and adjust sweetness if needed.
Fill a tall glass halfway with ice. Pour the berry-lemon mixture over the ice.
Slowly add sparkling water to the glass. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with extra berries, a sprig of mint, and a lemon slice for a nice touch. Serve immediately!
Notes
Adjust the sweetness to taste – start with a small amount of stevia or monk fruit and add more if needed.
Frozen berries work well to chill the drink without extra ice.
Try using lime instead of lemon for a twist on the flavor.
