Keto Blue Cheese & Walnut Cheese Ball

A rich and creamy keto cheese ball made with blue cheese, cheddar, and toasted walnuts. Perfect for holiday parties, easy dinner recipes, or as a satisfying keto snack. This recipe is quick to prep, low in carbs, and full of flavor.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions or chives

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, finely chopped

  • Optional: 2 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, and blue cheese in a bowl until smooth.

  • Add scallions, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir well.

  • Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes.

  • Shape into a ball (or log), then roll in toasted walnuts and optional bacon.

  • Garnish with parsley and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Make ahead and store in the fridge up to 5 days.
