8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped scallions or chives
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup toasted walnuts, finely chopped
Optional: 2 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Mix cream cheese, cheddar, and blue cheese in a bowl until smooth.
Add scallions, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir well.
Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes.
Shape into a ball (or log), then roll in toasted walnuts and optional bacon.
Garnish with parsley and refrigerate until ready to serve.
