  • 1 bag (12 oz) broccoli slaw

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

  • 1/2 cup mayo

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • Optional: chopped green onions or crushed pork rinds for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8 or 9×9 casserole dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mayo, sour cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. Add broccoli slaw, cheddar cheese (reserve a little for topping), and parmesan. Mix until fully coated.

  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Spread evenly and top with remaining cheddar cheese.

  5. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.

  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle cooked bacon and optional toppings if using.

  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add cooked chicken, ground beef, or sausage to make this a full meal.
To freeze, let it cool completely, then wrap tightly and store for up to 2 months.
Swap sour cream for Greek yogurt if you like a little tang.
