Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • ½ cup (120ml) hot water
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch black pepper (helps with turmeric absorption)
  • 12 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

Heat the Liquid:
In a small pot, warm the almond milk and water over medium heat until steaming (not boiling).

Add the Spices:
Stir in turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.

Blend for Creaminess:
Pour the mixture into a blender. Add butter, coconut oil, vanilla (if using), and sweetener. Blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth and frothy.

Serve & Enjoy:
Pour into a mug and sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon or nutmeg if you like. Drink warm!

No blender? Use a hand frother or whisk.
