  • 1/4 cup almond flour (optional for texture)

  • 1/2 cup shredded Irish cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet. Add cabbage and onion, sauté until soft and lightly browned (10–12 minutes).

  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add cooked cabbage mix, almond flour, and seasonings. Mix well.

  4. Grease a baking dish with butter. Spread the mixture evenly. Top with shredded cheese.
