2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
4–5 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit
Small pinch of salt
Optional: ¼ tsp Butterfly Pea Flower powder (for color)
Heat almond milk in a saucepan over low heat until steamy, not boiling.
Stir in cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond butter, and salt. Let it blend smoothly.
Remove from heat and pour into a blender. Add vanilla and sweetener.
Blend for 30 seconds until frothy.
Pour into a mug and serve warm.
Optional: Add Butterfly Pea powder before blending for a soft blue color.
You can skip sweetener if your almond milk is naturally sweet.
Add pea flower for an extra soothing effect.
Coconut or cashew milk works great too.
This can be chilled and turned into a refreshing keto drink.
