  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 23 fresh jalapeños, diced (remove seeds for less heat)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until slightly frothy.
  • Pour the whisked eggs into the dry mixture. Add the melted butter and mix until a thick batter forms.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapeños until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
