  • 2 medium chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 68 large spinach or lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Crushed red pepper, diced tomatoes, or Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes, flipping until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and cook garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Gradually mix in mozzarella until smooth and gooey.
  • Toss the cooked chicken into the cheese mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  • Lay spinach or lettuce leaves flat, add the cheesy garlic chicken mixture, and any optional toppings. Fold to form wraps.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • If the sauce is too thick, thin it with a splash of heavy cream or water.
  • For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or sautéed veggies like mushrooms or bell peppers.
