A creamy, cheesy Keto Chicken Caesar Bake made with chicken breast, Caesar dressing, and shredded cheese. It’s low-carb, full of flavor, and ready in under 40 minutes. Perfect for busy nights, meal prep, or anyone on a keto diet.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing (look for a thick, keto-friendly brand)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (or part mozzarella, part parmesan)
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, and a pinch of black pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Pat them dry with paper towels.
Spoon the dressing mixture over the chicken, covering it completely.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
If desired, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end to brown the top.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Add chopped parsley if using.
For extra flavor, mix in cooked bacon bits or chopped spinach before baking.
Swap chicken for cooked turkey to use up leftovers.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 4 days or freeze for later meals.
