A creamy, cheesy Keto Chicken Caesar Bake made with chicken breast, Caesar dressing, and shredded cheese. It’s low-carb, full of flavor, and ready in under 40 minutes. Perfect for busy nights, meal prep, or anyone on a keto diet.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (look for a thick, keto-friendly brand)

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (or part mozzarella, part parmesan)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a small bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, and a pinch of black pepper.

  • Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Pat them dry with paper towels.

  • Spoon the dressing mixture over the chicken, covering it completely.

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.

  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature).

  • If desired, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end to brown the top.

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Add chopped parsley if using.

  • For extra flavor, mix in cooked bacon bits or chopped spinach before baking.

  • Swap chicken for cooked turkey to use up leftovers.
