This easy keto chicken cordon bleu casserole is creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Made with simple ingredients like chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, and a rich low carb sauce, it’s perfect for anyone following the keto diet, Trim Healthy Mama, or low carb eating plans. For the base
3 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
1.5 cups cooked ham, diced
6 slices Swiss cheese
For the sauce
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the topping
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 cup crushed pork rinds or almond flour
2 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Spread cooked chicken evenly on the bottom of the dish.
Layer diced ham on top of the chicken.
Place Swiss cheese slices over the ham.
In a small saucepan, heat cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
Stir in Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Pour sauce evenly over the layered meat and cheese.
In a bowl, mix Parmesan, pork rinds or almond flour, and melted butter.
Sprinkle the topping over the casserole.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
