Keto Chocolate Chip Yogurt Pops

A quick and creamy frozen keto snack made with Greek yogurt, sugar-free chocolate chips, and a touch of vanilla. Low in carbs, easy to make, and perfect for hot days or sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt (5% milk fat)

  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup sugar-free mini chocolate chips

  • Optional:

    • Pinch of sea salt

    • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

    • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

    • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt until smooth.

  • Add the sweetener, vanilla, and any optional ingredients. Mix well.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.

  • Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top.

  • Insert sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours, or overnight for best results.

  • To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out

  • Use full-fat yogurt for the best texture and flavor.

  • Powdered sweetener blends in better and avoids grittiness.

  • Store unmolded pops in a sealed freezer bag for up to 2 weeks.

  • Try flavor swaps like berries, cocoa, or mint to mix things up.
