Easy keto chocolate strawberry bites made with fresh strawberries and sugar-free chocolate. A quick, low carb treat perfect for dessert, parties, or holidays.
1 pound fresh strawberries (washed and dried)
1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (Lily’s or ChocZero)
1 teaspoon coconut oil (or butter)
Optional: crushed nuts, unsweetened shredded coconut, cacao nibs, or keto white chocolate drizzle
Wash strawberries and pat completely dry. Leave green tops on for dipping.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip strawberries into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Place dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add toppings if desired.
Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until chocolate is set.
Serve cold and enjoy.
Make sure strawberries are 100% dry before dipping or chocolate will not stick.
Best eaten the same day but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
