Easy keto chocolate strawberry bites made with fresh strawberries and sugar-free chocolate. A quick, low carb treat perfect for dessert, parties, or holidays.

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries (washed and dried)

  • 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (Lily’s or ChocZero)

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or butter)

  • Optional: crushed nuts, unsweetened shredded coconut, cacao nibs, or keto white chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  • Wash strawberries and pat completely dry. Leave green tops on for dipping.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  • Dip strawberries into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.

  • Place dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Add toppings if desired.

  • Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until chocolate is set.

  • Serve cold and enjoy.

Notes

  • Make sure strawberries are 100% dry before dipping or chocolate will not stick.

  • Best eaten the same day but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.

  • Use high-quality sugar-free chocolate for the smoothest melt.
