    • 2 Wagyu ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1 clove garlic, smashed
    • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Baked Salmon with Lemon Butter
    • 2 salmon fillets
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 2 tbsp butter, melted
    • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 tsp fresh dill (optional)
    • Lemon slices, for garnish

Side Dishes

  • Cauliflower Au Gratin
    • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 cup shredded Gruyère or cheddar cheese
    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Bacon-Wrapped Green Beans
    • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
    • 810 strips bacon
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced

Salad: Cherry Tomato Caprese

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Dessert: Keto Chocolate Mousse

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream and berries, for topping

Instructions

Appetizer: Creamy Keto Crab Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, crab meat, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread in a baking dish, bake for 20 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
  4. Garnish with parsley; serve with keto crackers or veggie sticks.

  1. Pan-Seared Wagyu Ribeye
    • Season steaks with salt and pepper; let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    • Heat cast-iron skillet, add butter, and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side.

  2. Baked Salmon with Lemon Butter
