1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full-fat)
1/2 cup cold water or sparkling water
Juice from 1 medium lime
1 tsp lime zest (optional)
1 to 2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Ice (enough to fill your glass)
Optional Add-ins
Splash of heavy cream
Few drops of coconut extract
Collagen powder (optional)
Add coconut milk, water, lime juice, zest, vanilla, sweetener, and sea salt into a shaker or glass.
Stir or shake well until sweetener is dissolved.
