  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 12 lemons)
  • 12 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, or stevia), to taste
  • 12 cups cold water (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves, lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Prep Lemon Juice: Squeeze fresh lemons to get about 1/4 cup of juice.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the coconut water, fresh lemon juice, and keto-friendly sweetener. Stir until the sweetener fully dissolves.
  • Add Water & Ice: Pour in the cold water and stir well. Add ice cubes to make it extra refreshing.
  • Serve & Garnish: Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves if desired. Enjoy immediately!
