Ingredients

Scale

For the Burgers:

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 large lettuce leaves

For the Crack Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Optional: A few drops of hot sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare the Patties:
In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties, making a small indent in the center of each.
  • Cook the Burgers:
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip. Add a slice of cheese on top and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Make the Crack Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and hot sauce if using.
  • Assemble the Burgers:
Place a lettuce leaf down, add a burger patty, top with crack sauce, and cover with another lettuce leaf. Add optional toppings like bacon, avocado, or pickles if desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh ground beef for the juiciest burgers.
  • Double up lettuce leaves to make the wraps sturdier.
  • Crack sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
