Keto Cucumber Crack Dip Recipe

This cool and creamy keto cucumber crack dip is loaded with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and fresh cucumber. It’s perfect for low carb snacking, keto finger foods, or even as a quick side for dinner. Super simple, super tasty, and totally keto-friendly.

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and finely diced

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup full-fat sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: red pepper flakes or dill for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the cucumber. Pat it dry with a paper towel to keep the dip thick.

  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

  3. Stir in cheddar, bacon, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Fold in the chopped cucumber.

  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving if you have time. Serve cold.

Notes

For best texture, mix everything except cucumber ahead of time and stir cucumbers in just before serving. Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Not freezer friendly. Great with cucumber slices, celery, or pork rinds.
