This Keto Date-Free Jallab Mocktail is a sugar-free twist on a Middle Eastern classic. No dates, no syrup—just clean, natural flavors. It’s light, floral, and perfect for anyone wanting healthy mocktails that taste like a treat, not a diet drink. Great for parties, family dinners, or sipping solo.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (chilled)

  • 1 tbsp strong brewed black tea (cooled)

  • 1 tsp rose water

  • 1/2 tsp orange blossom water

  • 5 drops monk fruit sweetener (or stevia)

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 tsp toasted pine nuts (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Brew black tea and allow to cool.

  • In a glass, add crushed ice or regular ice cubes.

  • Pour in almond milk, rose water, orange blossom water, and sweetener.

  • Add the cooled black tea on top.

  • Stir gently to mix.

  • Garnish with toasted pine nuts if using. Serve immediately.

Notes
