Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Potassium Chloride powder
  • 1/4 tsp Magnesium Glycinate powder
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon or lime
  • 12 drops liquid stevia (optional)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine the Himalayan salt, potassium chloride, and magnesium powder in a glass or water bottle.
