Soft, buttery, and full of flavor, these Keto Everything-Seasoned Mini Biscuits are perfect for sliders, breakfast sandwiches, or snacks. They have that golden, slightly crisp outside and a tender, cheesy inside. Each biscuit is low-carb, gluten-free, and made with almond flour, no fancy tools, no hard steps. They taste a lot like the classic biscuits you grew up with, but without all the carbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour (fine ground)

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 large eggs

  • ¼ cup melted butter (unsalted)

  • 2 tbsp sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, stir together almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. Add cheeses: Mix in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan. Stir well so it’s all coated with the flour mixture.

  4. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and sour cream until smooth.

  5. Combine everything: Pour the wet mix into the dry and stir until a soft dough forms. It should be thick but not dry.

  6. Scoop the dough: Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to make even mounds of dough (about 2 tablespoons each). Place them on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart.

  7. Top with seasoning: Sprinkle a pinch of everything bagel seasoning on top of each biscuit.

  8. Bake: Put them in the oven for 12–15 minutes, until golden on the edges and slightly puffed.

  9. Cool slightly: Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. They’ll firm up a bit as they cool.

Notes

  • If the dough feels too wet, chill it for 10 minutes before scooping.

  • You can use cheddar or pepper jack cheese for a sharper flavor.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  • To reheat, pop them in the air fryer or oven at 350°F for about 3 minutes.

  • These biscuits freeze great! Let them cool completely, then freeze in a single layer before sealing in a freezer bag.

  • Perfect for breakfast sliders with egg and bacon, or lunch sliders with turkey and avocado.
