10 oz goat cheese (plain)
4 oz cream cheese (full fat)
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
½ tsp lemon zest
Salt & pepper to taste
For the coating:
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (any mix of parsley, dill, or chives)
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Let goat cheese and cream cheese sit at room temp for 15–20 minutes to soften.
In a bowl, mix cheeses, garlic, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
