Keto Ginger Lemongrass Detox Tea

This fresh ginger lemongrass tea is perfect for anyone on a keto diet. It helps with bloating, supports digestion, and is light but full of flavor. No sugar, no carbs — just clean and calming tea made with real ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced thin

  • 2 stalks fresh lemongrass, chopped or smashed

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

  • 34 cups water

  • Optional: a few fresh mint leaves or a slice of turmeric

  • Optional: 1–2 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit (for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Smash the lemongrass slightly to release the oils.

  2. Add the ginger and lemongrass to a small pot with 3–4 cups of water.

  3. Bring to a low boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and let the tea sit for 5 more minutes.

  5. Strain into a cup.

  6. Squeeze in lime juice and add mint if using.

  7. Add sweetener if needed. Stir and sip.

Notes

  • You can drink this hot or pour over ice for a refreshing cold tea.

  • Make a big batch and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • This tea is caffeine-free and great for fasting or late-night sipping.
