Keto Greek Frappe

A cold and frothy Greek-style iced coffee made for the keto diet. Quick to shake up with just a few low-carb ingredients. Creamy, bold, and sugar-free—perfect for warm days or a caffeine fix without the carbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee

  • 1/2 to 1 cup cold water

  • Ice cubes

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons keto sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)

  • Optional: dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add instant coffee, sweetener, and 2 tablespoons of cold water to a shaker or jar.

  2. Shake hard for 15–20 seconds until a thick foam forms.

  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.

  4. Pour the coffee foam over the ice.

  5. Add remaining cold water and cream or almond milk.

  6. Stir gently or leave layered.

  7. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Notes

Use instant coffee for the best foam. Skip brewed coffee—it won’t froth the same. Adjust sweetness and cream to taste. For extra richness, use heavy cream. Almond milk makes it lighter. Keep it simple or add a flavor twist like cinnamon or cocoa.
