A spooky black keto Halloween punch that’s sugar-free, low in carbs, and full of flavor. Great for parties, this fizzy drink looks creepy and tastes good without breaking your diet.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups black cherry electrolyte drink (cold)

  • 2 cups sparkling water (cold)

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice

  • 1 tsp black cherry or pomegranate extract (optional)

  • 2 tsp stevia or monk fruit blend (to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp activated charcoal powder or a few drops black gel food coloring

  • 1/2 to 1 cup vodka or white rum (optional)

  • Blackberries, cranberries, or pomegranate seeds (optional garnish)

  • Dry ice (optional, for visual effect — do not consume)

  • Black salt (for glass rims, optional)

Instructions

  • Chill all drinks and fruit ahead of time.

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, mix the electrolyte drink, sparkling water, cold water, lime juice, and extract.

  • Stir in the sweetener a bit at a time, tasting as you go.

  • Add the activated charcoal (or food coloring) slowly while stirring, until the color turns dark and spooky.

  • If using alcohol, stir it in gently.

  • Taste again and adjust if needed.

  • Rim glasses with lime juice and black salt, if using.

  • Add berries for a creepy look.

  • Carefully add a small piece of dry ice just before serving for a smoky effect.

  • Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

  • Always use food-grade charcoal if using.

  • Never drink dry ice. Let it melt fully before sipping or use mesh to block it.

  • You can swap the black cherry drink for another keto-friendly flavor like grape or cranberry.

  • Use zero-carb sweeteners only. Avoid sugar alcohols that affect blood sugar.

  • This drink is great with or without alcohol.
