4 green tea bags
5 cups water
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1–2 teaspoons keto-friendly sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
Ice cubes
Boil 5 cups of water and steep the green tea bags for 5-7 minutes.
Remove tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
Blend blueberries with a splash of water until smooth.
Strain the blueberry puree to remove seeds if desired.
Stir the blueberry juice into the cooled green tea.
Add lemon juice and sweetener to taste. Mix well.
Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Serve over ice with extra blueberries or lemon slices.
