A cool and creamy keto iced cinnamon latte you can make in minutes. No sugar, low carbs, and tastes like a treat. Perfect for hot mornings, busy afternoons, or late-night cravings.

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 12 tbsp erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose (to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup ice (more if blending)

  • Optional: pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee and let it cool completely.

  2. In a blender (or shaker), combine chilled coffee, cream or almond milk, cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla, and ice.

  3. Blend until smooth and frothy (or shake well if not blending).

  4. Pour into a glass, taste, and adjust sweetness or cinnamon if needed.

  5. Add optional toppings like a sprinkle of cinnamon or sugar-free whipped cream.

Notes

  • Use espresso instead of coffee if you want it stronger.

  • Crushed ice blends smoother than whole cubes.

  • Always chill your coffee to avoid a watered-down drink.

  • Ceylon cinnamon tastes better but regular cinnamon works too.
