up brewed coffee (cooled or cold brew)
½ cup unsweetened macadamia milk
1 tbsp heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
1–2 tsp keto vanilla syrup (or ½ tsp vanilla extract + keto sweetener to taste)
Ice cubes
Optional: pinch of sea salt or cinnamon
