This Keto Irish Coffee is warm, creamy, and sugar-free! Made with strong coffee, smooth Irish whiskey, and a rich whipped cream topping, it’s the perfect low-carb drink for cozy nights. Full of flavor and easy to make in just minutes!

For the Coffee Base:

  • 1 cup freshly brewed black coffee (strong)
  • 1.5 oz Irish whiskey (Jameson or your favorite)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 12 tsp keto sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, or stevia)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Whipped Cream Topping:

  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • A pinch of powdered keto sweetener (optional)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder or cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Brew the Coffee: Make a fresh cup of strong black coffee.
  • Add Butter & Sweetener: Stir in unsalted butter and keto sweetener until fully mixed.
  • Pour in the Whiskey: Slowly add the Irish whiskey and stir gently.
  • Whip the Cream: Lightly whisk the heavy cream until slightly thickened.
  • Layer the Cream: Hold a spoon upside down over the coffee and slowly pour the cream over the back of the spoon to keep it floating.
  • Garnish & Serve: Dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon (optional) and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use full-fat coconut cream instead of heavy cream and replace butter with coconut oil.
  • If you prefer a sweeter taste, adjust the keto sweetener to your liking.
  • Using a milk frother can help blend everything smoothly.
