Keto Jerk Chicken Bites Recipe

Spicy, juicy jerk chicken bites made for the keto diet. Easy to prep, full of flavor, and perfect for low-carb meals, snacks, or holiday parties.

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 2 tbsp sugar-free jerk seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Optional: pinch of cayenne for extra heat

  • Optional toppings: lime wedges, chopped cilantro, scallions

Instructions

  1. Mix jerk seasoning, olive oil, coconut aminos, lime juice, and garlic in a bowl.

  2. Add chicken and toss until coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

  3. Cook chicken in an air fryer at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway. Or bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes.

  4. Serve hot with optional toppings or over cauliflower rice.

Notes

Let chicken marinate longer for stronger flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven.
