Soft, low-carb Lavash bread made with simple ingredients. A quick and easy flatbread recipe that’s perfect for wraps, pizzas, or dipping. Great for anyone on a keto diet looking for healthy easy recipes and recipe ideas that taste like real bread.
1 ½ cups almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
1 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional but helps with texture)
½ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup warm water (add more if needed for texture)
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, salt, and xanthan gum.
Add eggs and olive oil. Slowly pour in warm water while mixing.
Knead the dough until soft and not sticky. Add a bit more water if it’s too dry.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into 4 balls. Roll each out thin between two sheets of parchment paper.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for about 1-2 minutes per side.
Remove when brown spots appear and bread is soft or slightly crisp.
Store extras in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer.
Use as wraps, pizza crust, or cut into triangles and bake for chips.
Psyllium husk is important for flexibility—don’t skip it.
To make it fluffier, add a pinch of baking powder.
