Soft, low-carb Lavash bread made with simple ingredients. A quick and easy flatbread recipe that’s perfect for wraps, pizzas, or dipping. Great for anyone on a keto diet looking for healthy easy recipes and recipe ideas that taste like real bread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour

  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour

  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder

  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional but helps with texture)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ¼ cup warm water (add more if needed for texture)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, salt, and xanthan gum.

  • Add eggs and olive oil. Slowly pour in warm water while mixing.

  • Knead the dough until soft and not sticky. Add a bit more water if it’s too dry.

  • Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

  • Divide dough into 4 balls. Roll each out thin between two sheets of parchment paper.

  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for about 1-2 minutes per side.

  • Remove when brown spots appear and bread is soft or slightly crisp.

Notes

  • Store extras in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer.

  • Use as wraps, pizza crust, or cut into triangles and bake for chips.

  • Psyllium husk is important for flexibility—don’t skip it.

  • To make it fluffier, add a pinch of baking powder.
