A light, refreshing keto-friendly Lebanese Rosewater Lemonade made with fresh lemon juice, rosewater, and zero sugar. Perfect for hot days, low-carb diets, or when you need a quick drink that feels a little fancy.
1 large lemon (or 2 small ones)
2 cups cold water
1 ½ teaspoons rosewater
2 tablespoons keto sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose)
A pinch of salt
Ice cubes
Optional: Mint leaves, lemon slices, or edible rose petals for garnish
Roll the lemon on the counter, then cut and squeeze out the juice into a jar or pitcher.
Add sweetener and stir well until it dissolves.
Add rosewater and a pinch of salt.
Pour in cold water and mix again.
Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon if needed.
Serve over ice. Add mint or garnish if using.
