Keto Lebanese Rosewater Lemonade

A light, refreshing keto-friendly Lebanese Rosewater Lemonade made with fresh lemon juice, rosewater, and zero sugar. Perfect for hot days, low-carb diets, or when you need a quick drink that feels a little fancy.

Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon (or 2 small ones)

  • 2 cups cold water

  • 1 ½ teaspoons rosewater

  • 2 tablespoons keto sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose)

  • A pinch of salt

  • Ice cubes

Optional: Mint leaves, lemon slices, or edible rose petals for garnish

Instructions

  • Roll the lemon on the counter, then cut and squeeze out the juice into a jar or pitcher.

  • Add sweetener and stir well until it dissolves.

  • Add rosewater and a pinch of salt.

  • Pour in cold water and mix again.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon if needed.

  • Serve over ice. Add mint or garnish if using.

Notes

  • art with less rosewater if you’re unsure about the taste. You can always add more.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake before drinking.

  • Use sparkling water for a fizzy version.
