1–2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari
A few drops of sesame oil
1–2 teaspoons rice vinegar (optional)
3–4 nori sheets (cut into small squares)
1/2 avocado (sliced or mashed)
1/4 cucumber (cut into thin sticks)
Green onion (chopped, optional)
Jalapeño slices or pickled ginger (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Drain the tuna or salmon.
Mix with mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar if using.
