1 cup pitted olives (green, Kalamata, or both)
100g feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano or thyme
Fresh cracked black pepper (to taste)

Drain olives and give them a quick rinse if too salty.
Cut feta into cubes or crumble it.
Add olives and feta to a bowl.
Pour olive oil on top.
Add herbs, pepper, and any extras you like.
Gently mix everything together.
Serve cold or warm for 5–7 minutes in the oven at 375°F (190°C).
Let it sit for 10 minutes before eating if you want stronger flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days. Add lemon juice before serving for a fresh kick.
