This creamy keto orange creamsicle shake is full of vanilla and citrus flavor, just like the popsicles you loved as a kid, but without the sugar. It’s cold, smooth, and super easy to make with just a blender and a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)

  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Zest of 1/4 an orange (optional but tasty)

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Pinch of salt

Optional:

  • Whipped cream for topping

  • 1 scoop collagen or vanilla protein powder (if using as a meal)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender.

  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and thick.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
