  • 34 tablespoons passion fruit pulp (approximately 2 passion fruits)
  • 12 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 12 teaspoons keto-friendly sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or stevia)
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Coconut cream (optional, for a creamy version)

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp into a bowl.
  2. Mix the pulp with your keto sweetener until well combined.
  3. In a blender, combine the passion fruit mixture, lime juice, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Alternatively, shake the mixture in a cocktail shaker for 20–30 seconds.
  4. Pour the mixture into a tall glass and top with sparkling water. Stir gently.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves or a slice of lime, and serve immediately.
