It’s made with real brewed black tea, fresh peaches, and keto-friendly sweetener so you get all the flavor without the sugar. It’s easy to make, low carb, and a great choice for anyone on the keto diet looking for something delicious to sip on all day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 cups water

  • 4 black tea bags

  • 2 ripe peaches (or 1½ cups unsweetened peach puree)

  • 1½ cups powdered erythritol or keto sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 lemon (optional)

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the water until it’s just about to boil. Add the tea bags and steep for 10–15 minutes.

  2. Remove the tea bags and stir in the erythritol while the tea is still warm. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

  3. Peel and slice the peaches. Blend them with a splash of water to make a smooth puree.

  4. Stir the peach puree into the sweetened tea. Add lemon juice if using.

  5. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

  6. Serve over ice, garnish with mint or lemon if you like.

Notes

  • For stronger flavor, chill the tea overnight.

  • Adjust the sweetness to taste before chilling.

  • You can use pre-made peach puree if you’re short on time.

  • Add a splash of soda water for a bubbly version.
