  • 1 package of pepperoni slices (about 2530 slices)
  • Optional seasonings: black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or red pepper flakes

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Arrange Pepperoni: Lay the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the baking sheet, with a little space between each slice.
  • Season (Optional): Sprinkle any desired seasonings over the pepperoni slices.
  • Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, watching closely after 8 minutes to avoid burning.
  • Cool and Blot: Remove from the oven and let the pepperoni chips cool on the baking sheet. Use a paper towel to blot away excess grease if desired.
