Keto Pepperoni Pizza Bites Recipe

These easy keto pepperoni pizza bites are crispy, cheesy, and low carb. Perfect for quick dinners, party snacks, or when you need something fast that fits your keto diet.

Ingredients

  • 24 slices pepperoni

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons low sugar pizza sauce (optional)

  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  • Lightly grease a mini muffin pan with cooking spray or oil.

  • Place one slice of pepperoni into each muffin cup to form a base.

  • In a bowl, mix mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.

  • Add a small spoonful of the cheese mix on top of the pepperoni.

  • If using sauce, add a small dot under or over the cheese.

  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.

  • Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.

Notes

You can skip the sauce if you’re following a stricter keto or carnivore diet. Add jalapeños, mushrooms, or cooked sausage for extra flavor. They reheat well in the oven or microwave.
