A cold, creamy keto piña colada mocktail that’s low in carbs and sugar-free. Made with coconut cream and pineapple flavor, this easy drink tastes like a vacation in a glass—perfect for anyone on a keto diet or looking for healthy easy recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut cream

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol or monk fruit (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon pineapple extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

  • 1.5 cups ice

  • Optional: lime wedge, mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill coconut cream and almond milk for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Add all ingredients into a blender: coconut cream, almond milk, sweetener, pineapple extract, coconut extract, and ice.

  3. Blend on high for 30–40 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with lime or mint if you like.

  5. Serve cold and enjoy right away.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste.

  • Add a splash more almond milk if it’s too thick.

  • For a party, double or triple the recipe and blend in batches.

  • If you want it boozy, you can add 1 oz of white rum (keto-friendly, optional).
