Keto Pink Drink Recipe

Cool and creamy keto pink drink made with herbal tea, coconut milk, and sweetener. Just like the coffee shop version but low carb, low sugar, and made in minutes right at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 tea bag (Tazo Passion or berry herbal tea)

  • ¾ cup hot water

  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk (carton, not canned)

  • 12 tbsp heavy cream (optional)

  • 1015 drops liquid Stevia or 12 tsp erythritol

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Ice cubes (as much as you want)

  • Freeze-dried strawberries (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Steep the tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes.

  2. Add sweetener and vanilla to the warm tea. Stir well.

  3. Let the tea cool. Chill in the fridge or freezer if in a rush.

  4. Pour in coconut milk and heavy cream (if using). Stir again.

  5. Fill a glass with ice and pour the pink drink mixture over it.

  6. Add freeze-dried strawberries on top if you like.

Notes

  • Use stronger tea for deeper color and flavor.

  • Sweeten while tea is warm so it dissolves well.

  • Swap coconut milk with almond milk if you prefer.

  • Add collagen or protein powder if you want extra nutrition.

  • Keep tea base in fridge for up to 3 days for quick refills.
