Easy Keto Red Berries and Cream Parfaits Recipe

An easy no-bake keto dessert made with fresh berries and whipped cream. Quick to make, low in carbs, and great for warm days or light after-dinner treats.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup strawberries, chopped

  • ½ cup raspberries

  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold

  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 23 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: lemon zest, chia seeds, crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry berries. Chop strawberries.

  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  3. Add cold heavy cream. Beat until soft peaks form.

  4. Add sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Mix until fluffy.

  5. In a glass, layer cream and berries. Repeat layers.

  6. Chill for 20–30 mins or serve right away.

Notes

  • Best served cold.

  • Stores well in the fridge for 2 days.

  • You can switch berries or add nuts and coconut for texture.

  • Do not freeze.
