Keto Rooibos Vanilla Latte

A warm, creamy keto Rooibos Vanilla Latte that tastes like comfort in a mug, no sugar, no caffeine, no weird stuff. Easy to make with everyday ingredients and perfect for relaxing nights or cozy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • 1–2 rooibos tea bags or 1 tbsp loose rooibos tea

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp keto-friendly sweetener (like monk fruit, erythritol, or stevia)

  • 1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil (optional)

  • Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  • Boil water and steep rooibos tea for 5–7 minutes until strong.

  • In a small saucepan, heat almond milk and heavy cream until hot but not boiling.

  • Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener.

  • (Optional) Blend heated milk with MCT or coconut oil for a frothy texture.

  • Pour brewed tea into a large mug, then add the milk mixture.

  • Spoon foam on top if you have any, and dust with cinnamon or nutmeg.

Notes

  • Skip the cream or use coconut cream if dairy-free.

  • Use black tea instead of rooibos for a caffeine version.

  • Great served iced too — just chill the tea and blend everything cold.

  • Add a scoop of collagen powder for extra protein.
