A warm, creamy keto Rooibos Vanilla Latte that tastes like comfort in a mug, no sugar, no caffeine, no weird stuff. Easy to make with everyday ingredients and perfect for relaxing nights or cozy mornings.
1 cup water
1–2 rooibos tea bags or 1 tbsp loose rooibos tea
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp keto-friendly sweetener (like monk fruit, erythritol, or stevia)
1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
Boil water and steep rooibos tea for 5–7 minutes until strong.
In a small saucepan, heat almond milk and heavy cream until hot but not boiling.
Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener.
(Optional) Blend heated milk with MCT or coconut oil for a frothy texture.
Pour brewed tea into a large mug, then add the milk mixture.
Spoon foam on top if you have any, and dust with cinnamon or nutmeg.
Skip the cream or use coconut cream if dairy-free.
Use black tea instead of rooibos for a caffeine version.
Great served iced too — just chill the tea and blend everything cold.
Add a scoop of collagen powder for extra protein.
