Ingredients

  • 2 fresh lemons (juiced)
  • 23 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3 cups sparkling water
  • Liquid stevia (optional, a few drops)
  • Ice (as much as needed)
  • Optional garnish: lemon slices, rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  • Juice the lemons and set aside. Wash the rosemary sprigs.
  • In a pitcher, muddle the rosemary sprigs gently to release their oils.
  • Pour the lemon juice into the pitcher. Add stevia to taste, if desired, and stir well.
  • Slowly pour in the sparkling water and gently mix to combine.
