  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Stir and cook until the veggies soften, around 5 minutes.
